Cake Salon are happy to consult with you to discuss and design a unique and exclusive cake for your occasion. Consultations take approximately 45 minutes. The quote is valid for 4 weeks.

A sample box can be prepared for you to take home at the conclusion of the consultation.

You can choose four flavours from our simple and classic or signature selection.

As some weeks are busier than others, we require a minimum of 2 months’ notice. We will do our very best to accommodate last minute cake orders.

Transportation & how to store your cake.

When collecting the cake from our studio, we recommend the cake to be placed in an empty boot or on the floor of the passenger’s side.

The cake should not be stored in the fridge, as this causes condensation. The cake will need to be in a cool dry spot away from sunlight. If you have left over cake it can be stored in an air tight container and refrigerated for a week or frozen into smaller portions up to 3 months.

Payments and Terms & Conditions

To secure your booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made with a credit card over the phone, direct deposit into our account or cash.

The final payment is due two weeks prior to your function. No order will be delivered until full payment is received.

Cake Salon will liaise with your function co-ordinator to discuss final arrangements, delivery and access time.

Cake Salon requires all cancellations to be submitted in writing.

A cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost plus a $40 administration fee is charged if an order is cancelled.

If an order is cancelled 7 days prior to your function the full amount is payable.
